Maintaining a safe, fair, and trustworthy trading environment is fundamental to the integrity of the platform and the broader trading card community in Australia. Any reported misconduct, including misrepresentation of items, non-delivery, payment manipulation, chargeback abuse, or attempted deception, is promptly reviewed in accordance with the Marketplace’s policies. Aussie Card Traders actively monitors transactions, user activity, and reports to identify potential risks and to ensure that all participants meet their contractual and legal obligations.

Where issues or suspected fraud are identified, Aussie Card Traders conducts thorough investigations and takes decisive action to protect users and the Marketplace as a whole. This may include restricting accounts, suspending or terminating access, reversing transactions where permitted, and cooperating with payment providers or relevant authorities when required. Both Sellers and Buyers are expected to act in good faith, provide accurate information, and comply fully with all Marketplace rules. By enforcing its standards consistently and transparently, Aussie Card Traders reinforces accountability and demonstrates its commitment to fostering a secure and reliable trading environment for all users.
