This Fee Schedule forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, the Payment Policy and Seller Agreement. Capitalised terms have the meanings given in those documents.
1. Platform Fee Model Overview
Aussie Card Traders operates as a marketplace facilitating transactions between Buyers and Sellers of Trading Card Game (TCG) products. The platform applies no listing fees at any time, EVER! Fees are incurred only upon the successful completion of a Transaction, subject to the Testing Phase outlined below.
2. Listing Fees
- No Listing Fees. EVER! (Permanent)
- Sellers may list, modify, renew, or relist items at no cost.
- This applies to:
- Private Sellers
- Business Sellers
No fees are charged for shop creation or shop name reservation.
3. Marketplace Commission
3.1 Testing Phase
- 0% Marketplace Commission
- During the Testing Phase, Aussie Card Traders will not charge any commission on completed Transactions.
- The Testing Phase applies platform-wide and is available to all Sellers.
- Transaction Fees charged by payment providers continue to apply.
Aussie Card Traders Testing Phase will be finished on the 31st of January 2026.
3.2 Standard Commission (Post-Testing Phase)
Once the Testing Phase concludes:
- 2% Marketplace Commission per completed Transaction
- Calculated on the Item Sale Price only, excluding:
- Shipping or postage charges
- Payment processor Transaction Fees
- Taxes, duties, or government charges (if applicable)
The commission is automatically deducted prior to settlement to the Seller.
4. Transaction Fees (Payment Processing)
Transaction Fees are charged by third-party payment processors in accordance with the Payment Policy.
Key points:
- Transaction Fees are separate from marketplace commissions
- Fees are set solely by the payment provider
- Fees may vary depending on:
- Payment method selected by the Buyer
- Buyer location
- Provider fee structures
Supported payment methods may include, but are not limited to:
- Credit and Debit Cards (Stripe)
- PayPal
- PayID
Aussie Card Traders does not control, collect, or mark up payment processor Transaction Fees.
5. Settlement and Deductions
- Marketplace commissions (if applicable) and Transaction Fees are deducted automatically at settlement.
- Sellers receive the net amount after applicable deductions.
- Settlement timing and availability of funds are governed by the Payment Policy and the relevant payment provider’s terms.

7. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Disputes
- Marketplace commissions may be reversed or adjusted at the sole discretion of Aussie Card Traders where a Transaction is cancelled or refunded in accordance with the Seller Agreement and Dispute Process.
- Transaction Fees charged by payment providers are generally non-refundable, including in cases of refunds or chargebacks, subject to the payment provider’s terms.
8. Changes to Fees
Aussie Card Traders may amend this Fee Schedule at any time in accordance with the Seller Agreement. Any changes:
- Will be published on the Site
- Will apply prospectively only
- Will not affect completed Transactions

This Fee Schedule is governed by and subordinate to:
In the event of inconsistency, the Seller Agreement prevails.
